Short explanation (in notes):
- Paramedics to be supplied with stim packs, bandages and pharmaceuticals upon joining job.
- For the use of the paramedic on themselves in an emergency situation.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Today I experienced a situation where I was a standalone paramedic and I responded to a life alert at the Regals Apartments. I managed to get my job done, however, during this I was shot. I was unable to heal myself at the scene as the job is currently not supplied with bandages for personal use, like the police department are. I think this would be a good addition for standalone paramedics who need a quick pick-me-up in an emergency situation.

You can get bandages at PD but I would like the job to supply you with bandages at the genetics npc rather than pd. To me that is rather unrealistic, having to travel all the way to the PD just to get bandages. After all it's a hospital.

+Support to that idea,we need a quick way to get bandages,i don't really want to waddle all the way over to the PD just so i can grab a few bandages only to run out 10 minutes after.
