Main Idea: Parking Meters and City Hall and Bazaar parking lot
Full description of the idea: A lot of people complain there is no parking spaces becouse they are always occupied. I m thinking of adding in few places (mostly CH and front parking at bazaar) parking meters so players can pay for the spot for limited time.
If the time will runout/person didn't paid for parking it can be used as broken law of 12.4 Illegal parking and car can be towed.
Taxi services wouldnt need to pay for the wait
I dunno about the pricing per minute tho.
Pros: less blocking parking spots for hours, a bit more realistic becouse not every single parking is free
