Patrol trainer qualifications

What policy do you wish to change:
The requirements to become a patrol trainer.

Currently the patrol training division is lacking in staff. Opening the applications to Senior officers should be considered.
Why should this change/addition be made:
More likely to gain patrol trainer staff
Makes sense since patrol trainer responsibilities aren’t exactly supervisory positions as is.​

While I’m not patrol command, I believe the qualifications were set to better filter quality candidates due to more officers in patrol.

Hello,
This is something that was discussed a long time ago, I suggested, when I was a patrol trainer, that we open it to Seniors. I think an issue arose was how Seniors were unable to write OR's. Something could be done about this, I.E Allowing the rank Patrol Trainer/Traffic Trainer to write OR's.
I'll ask about this and see what is thought about it.
