Short explanation (in notes):
-add lockers props in public areas
-Press E, pay $500 and you can store your weapon

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It's quite annoying when you have to run to subs everytime you want to join a job.
I suggest adding lockers at PD, FD, EMSD, and City Hall. If you press E on it it will say: "This is a locker. Pay $500 and store your stuff for one time." and answers: "Pay $500 and put my stuff in", "Nah (leave)". The locker prop is in pretty much original gmod so no need for custom content and it would use the same storage system as in subs. It would be much easier to get a job with your gun on you and will be very useful.

-Only allow to store weapons to prevent abuse

This idea seems really useless. Just don't carry weapons outside your home. Since you break the law when you carry a weapon outside.
