Main Idea:
There is a small error with the PD Lobby Officer and his/her rank

Full description of the idea:
as the mayor I have the option to say "Good Day Sergeant" but you can clearly see the officer only has 1 stripe meaning they are a senior officer

Why should it be added?:
It makes the dialogue accurate to actual rank of the officer

Pros:
Dialogue is correct

Cons:
Its only a small issue

This is something very minor and for all we know, the mayor could just be getting his ranks mixed up. I recommend sticking this into a bug report.
