Suggestion Title: PD raid NLR / gearing up somewhere else.
Suggestion Description: In many PD raids, officers die INSIDE the police department, and still get 10 minute NLR - making it impossible to :
- gear down
- switch to light/gear or RTU
- Switch firearms if needed (for example i had a shotgun for the PD raid as heavy tfu and now i absolutely cant do shit with it as im stuck at city hall for the next 10 mins to switch a gun)
- Arrest people for the next 10 minutes
Which creates many issues, why not make it so that if u die at PD, u get 5 min NLR? or atleast give us a room inside city hall where we could gear up/down switch guns and such incase we die at PD? there has to be something devs can create for us to be actually useful after a PD raid instead of sitting stuck at city hall / stuck with terrible firearms or in the wrong tfu gear.

Lemme just add a private comment from the PD raid i was just involved in, i took a shotgun out to defend but died - i was stuck at city hall for 10 minutes with a shotgun unable to respond to anything whatsoever as shotgun cant be used medium-far range sadly
Why should this be added?:
- Gearing down being impossible after a PD raid for 10 minutes
- Switching to RTU/light gear is impossible for 10 minutes after a pd raid
- Switching guns is also impossible
- Arresting is also impossible without breaking NLR.
- Technically forces Heavy gear TFU to break policies, as we cant be outside of PD private area without an active shootout / firearms incident
What negatives could this have?:
- Issues with cops breaking NLR, but this can be prevented somehow - just unsure how.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: explained in description + why should it be added.
