Short explanation (in notes):
Add a Pepper Spray SWEP to Police Units which temporarily blinds suspects and lets them walk slower.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
I think this should be added as it will work perfectly fine with the new Police Whitelist for officers who do not yet have a Firearm on them. This will make the RP alot more realistic because if people do not cooperate u pepperspray and they get temporarily blinded. By doing so he cant walk away anymore out of pain.

Optional additions:
- A amount of the gas which u will need to refill after a while.
- Will be standart as you carry it on belt.
