Try to reinstall your game. Verify your game. Delete all your mods except content needed to run the game. Then verify it again to make sure that everything is okay. If it is still happening I really reccomend a factory reset in the game.

Does it work when you use a normal resolution? In all your clips you're using an extremely stretched resolution. Try running a cleaner config and see if that works, then go from there.
