Perp looks really wierd

I don't know how to explain this but i recently fixed my gmod so that i could join per but now it looks like this:

Everyone is invisible and ive got a thew black and purple textures on the city halls windows and the shiny surfaces are purple and black too
Any ideas on how to fix?

step 1: Delete Gmod
step 2: Install Gmod
step 3: Download CS source pack
step 4: Go on the server
step 5: enjoy

(You most likely went on another server which caused your skins to fuck up)

Factory reset PC

I got a similar bug to this, so I had to factory reset.

Solved! i just needed to put -dxlevel 95 into the launch options!
