- app on the phone for recent calls
- Tab on Dispatcher menu for "recent calls"

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
I have noticed a flaw with the Dispatching system for call handlers as many people can call and then put the phone down which in turn takes dispatchers time away from handling other calls, it would be nice to see a menu to give a menu to check recent calls even if the call is missed so Dispatch can call back and establish if it was/wasn't a prank call

In addition to this, we could then have it for all other jobs, that require you to be called, i.e. road crew and taxi driver. I can't count to how many times, I've been called as road crew, or even called a road crew, and the line being busy, and then having to call again.
