Pistol cop reticle

Is it possible to change your reticle on pistol cop? or just cop in general? I feel like I've seen in montages people on pistol cop using custom reticles.

You buy a reticle at 'A Blaze it' and then you can put it on your sight on your pistol as cop using an optic modification tool.
