- GANG VIOLENCE HITTING THE CITY

Recently we have noticed increased gang activity around Paralake with stabbings, shootings, and more; Most of it being carried out by a violent street gang who call themselves the "Paralake Kingz"
This gang has been showing their presence quite a bit in Paralake- They've been
Vandalizing buildings around Paralake with the letters "PLK" being spraypainted on their walls. They also have quite a strong presence in the Bazaar and the Suburbs District, referred to them as "The Hood"

The Paralake Kingz are extremely dangerous and violent, so it is best if you learn how to recognize a member of this criminal organisation.
They can be recognized by a variety of gang signs that they perform with their left hand, such as the three-pointed-crown, and a shape they make with their hands to look like an "L".
They are also mostly black males of the ages 13-25 that wear the colour purple, and may be seen around the Bazaar and Suburbs, which has been spraypainted in the alleyways and some walls near the streets.
BE WARNED: Most of these gang members carry pistols or knives on them, they normally call them "Gats" "Shanks" and, if they are saying they have a weapon on them, they may say that they are "Packin'"

Like most gangs, their initiation process is harsh- first you must meet a member of their gang and gain their trust, after gaining their trust you will be recruited as a "New Blud", where you will be tasked with their dirtiest work. After that, you will become a full member by being "beaten in"- forced to fight another PLK member and usually losing, showing that you can get hurt in this gang- And proving your toughness.
Although it is a street gang, they do sometimes accept people by an application sheet, strangely enough.
Be careful on the streets, citizens of Paralake. And be careful of gangs, don't join them- Gangs have done nothing but make the gang member's lives go downhill, with drug abuse, OD'ing, and getting beaten up. Don't make the mistake of joining a gang, and be careful out there.
