Police Suggestion PLPD Badges revamp

Suggestion Title: PLPD Badges revamp
Suggestion Description: The current PD Badges have served us well, but with the release of v6 coming ever so close and peeps posting these amazing buildings, I can't feel but that they have outserved their time.

Additionally the letters are oftentimes not as visible on the uniforms as I'd like them to be and the unit text oftentimes not visible even on the plpd.online website.

Why should this be added?:
- Quality of Life
- Design
- Modernized PD

What negatives could this have?:
- Replacing the entirety of the models with the new graphics
- Replacing all occurences of the badge on the website
- Confusion

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The badges are currently off-centered, which bugs a small minority of us. But the main part would be modernizing the Police Department.

I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with the patches we have for different divisions, etc.
I'd love to see an actual, unique badge though, rather than the odd NYPD-sergeant looking texture on the cop vest that only draws the eye to marvel at how ugly it is.

Not too long ago, I made this as a joke, because I wanted to make myself my own station at one of the Parker breakdown zones, but I personally think the Highway icon looks best :d

I can actually agree, highway icon (or traffic cone) probably best.



Plus, the icon kinda looks like Intersection with the bridge over top ahaha
