Server Suggestion PLPD fines show up on transfer record

Description of the idea: adds plpd issued fines
[with notes for reasoning too] to bank statement

Why should this be added? (pros): you can account for all of the expenses by plpd fines etc

What negatives could this have? (cons): none

*Other additions: [list here] the note includes the full reason issued by the officer including there badge

yeah but its a QOL thing and irl they show up on statements too

Not possible, there is a very short character limit to the bank transfer notes.

A transaction with the note like “PLPD Ticket” is what we can do.

When paying a ticket, the transaction will have it's note as "PLPD Ticket"
