Police Suggestion PLPD Winter Uniforms

Suggestion Title: PLPD Winter Uniforms
Suggestion Description: Develop playermodels for PLPD officers to wear jackets, gloves, and other winter gear during the winter season.

Why should this be added?:
- Adds immersion to the server as well as realism.
- Could be a seasonal thing alongside the map change.

What negatives could this have?:
- Might require some time and effort to develop alongside Parlake V6 and its winter map counterpart.
- Question regarding value of effort given this would be as temporary as the winter map.
-May require overhaul of PLPD player models department wide.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It's been known that during the winter season, the server's map changes to a winter version covered in snow. Therefore, it should stand to reason that the PLPD be adequately equipped for such weather. Developing such player models would create a sense of immersion and realism for the server.

Maybe use a beanie instead of an ear-flaps hat aka ushanka. 1+

With the work this requires, a prior year’s notice is probably a good idea I reckon.

I don't see the point as it is sunny for about 9 months and winter for 1 month. It is a bit useless if this gets added

By that logic what’s the point in a snowy map or Christmas sweaters.

The beanies are cool when they do that but it would be cool to have a winter jacket pr something just to make it a bit more festive

During christmas, all sweaters (who haven't changed clothes), get a beanie during the winter

A cool idea but unfortunately not something we are considering a priority right now. It is hard to justify the huge amount of development time it would take to create new clothing models for each of the PD ranks just for 1 month of the year.
