Detailed description (why should it become added/...): I think that we need a chopper by a pursuit of a car, missing person or a bank robbery. Thay can find faster peple than and coördinate the police on the ground.

Just thing realistic terms and the server right now would it be worth it. There is 2 fps at night at the intersection how do you think flying will be like. Im sorry but if you want to be constantly found by the police or with a chopper constantly being crashed into you go ahead and support this.
