Police Computer Vehicle Search

Before reading, I know this has kind of been suggested before however I will try to change it
Topic: Ability to run a vehicle on the police computer



Short explanation (in notes):
- Search for a vehicle maybe number plates
- Number plates? A unique digit number?

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): So, with the new update you can find out what vehicle a certain person owns for example:

From this you can see that the vehicles would be listed below in the owned vehicles tab however if you are searching for it and there are multiple cars of the same colour and make it would be quite annoying to have to pull them all over so maybe introducing some way of running the vehicle through the computer eg numberplates?

Instead of going back to all this numberplate malarkey, how about giving cars a six digit ID or something along those lines?

Now that we have the police computer I think this would be a good time to introduce license plates. Inb4 already suggested and denied.
