Short explanation:
-Being able to alter the volume of your radio up and down without switching it off altogether

Detailed description

Being able to switch the volume up and down of your police radio using + and - on the keyboard. I think this would be a good idea because there are times where you are dealing with something (especially higher ranked officials) and you don't want to switch off the radio.

Pros:
still be able to hear radio chat while dealing with stuff
Cons:
might already have keys binded
