So lately things have been going south, a lot, when it comes down to police raids, this is usually the case because officers have no clue what they are doing and are not listening to their supervisors or citizens and other emergency workers are just standing in the way sometimes.

So here I present to you: Police Raids 101 - How not to screw up a police raid.

LESSON ONE: LISTEN TO YOUR SUPERVISORS
The biggest reason raids go south is because everyone wants to shoot, which is understandable, but not good for the raid itself. Most people will go away from their position because they hear gunfire to check it out - even if they know it's gunfire from police. Just stay in position at all times until told otherwise, and the raid's chance of succeeding has just increased by at least 30%.

LESSON TWO: ASSISTING THE POLICE
For both civilians and other emergency workers it should be very clear that they should not be directly helping in the raid, however giving medical aid or any other type of help is allowed. Coming back to lesson one, a supervisor will probably tell you what your task will be in aiding the police.

LESSON THREE: TACTICAL RETREATS
Sometimes a supervisor may find it necessary to cut the losses from the LEO side and make all units retreat from the scene, this means that you should abandon whatever you are doing and head back to the location your supervisor told you to retreat to. If you happen to be dragging a downed friend, then see if it's possible to drag him over to the location, if not, put him in a cover position, retreat and inform a supervisor where you left him, this makes it so that he can inform a paramedic about this and take action to rescue your friend without getting more people injured!

LAST LESSON AND MOST IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE A CITIZEN, AND SHIT GOES DOWN, IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO MAKE LIKE AN ATOM AND SPLIT.
Seriously, if the police start shooting act like you would in real life: haul your ass out of there. It's easy to mistake someone for a suspect in a crossfire and you may end up with some bullets in places you'd not want them to be.

That's all for now! If you have anything else you'd like to be covered, feel free to let me know!
