Suggestion Description: The notification "has posted a reply in the thread" no longer appears in the shoutbox; it is already displayed in the latest activity

Why should this be added?:
- QoL
- No more shoutbox spam during monthly PERP drama threads

What negatives could this have?:
- Some people may not be open to it?

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Not really a problem

Toggle would be nice for those that don’t like it. I like being able to discuss recent posts in the shoutbox without necessarily contributing to the thread. dropping a goes hard after an AI appeal, too
