Is this a new law or a change to a current law:New law

What law do you wish to change/add: Something along the lines of preventing unauthorized casinos to operative in paralake. An example of an authorized one would be the offical casino

Why should this change/addition be made: So that the casino is actully utlized

What is the aim of this change/addition: To please @Fredy y /whoever helped code it

I like this idea because it would force bazaar gambling between people more underground. Thus more mugging and dirty tricks.

The idea is not to have casinos that are run by the government, but to give authorization to trustworthy casinos.

Brainstorming here, but a good idea would be "For a casino to be classified as trustworthy enough to be authorized, the owner must not be charged with any sort of crime which is involved in deceiving/tricking another party, or taking from another party illegally more than once within the past month." Casino owners would only be able to be authorized by LT+. This would create another level of dedication for casino owners, and would lead to underground casinos with more levels of criminal activity and really adds to the roleplay, as Slayerduck correctly pointed out.

Of course, Hungriges would be the default authorized casino.

I like this idea, but your suggestion post would require more fleshing out to achieve what we would want for a strong roleplay experience.

This law can cause possible bias and i dont see anyone being happy with the fact that you are not allowed to run a casino for having done something which the entire fucking gamemode is about, crime.

And a casino isnt just a small room with a poker table in it, the ones at bazaar can be very creative and it will be a fucking hassle to prove everytime a casino is legal and to get permission. Supervisors are busy enough, i cannot imagine how many times someone will call 911 to ask if he can run his casino
