Notes: Since being reinstated, but at the rank Corporal, (previously a Sergeant) Mooney has shown that he is more than competent to retain his position as a Police Supervisor. Demonstrates great knowledge of PLPD policies and procedures, definitely an exemplary officer and I would suggest rank and file organize a patrol with him.
