Description of the idea: Prop Manipulation needs to be altered to improve grasp on items
Why should this be added? (pros): This was changed a while back to prevent minging with props but I believe it has been over enforced. Issues found especially with police props (barricades) it is a ridiculously tedious process moving barriers and any unalignment with the center of the prop during head movement seems to release the prop. I believe that a better in-between for this setting needs to be found so that the manipulation of certain props is actually reasonably carried out while maintaining inability to abuse the feature. I understand that people who have a rank or VIP will rarely notice this unless manipulating other officers barriers so it probably hasn't been mentioned before, but it is an issue that needs to be addressed.
