Suggestion Title: Put SMGs in primary slot

put smgs in the number 1 instead of 2 since they are a primary gun.

Why should this be added?:
- prevents me from raging when i pull out my phys gun instead of weapon causing me to get tapped by a cop
- QoL
- Makes sense

What negatives could this have?:
- dev time

epic rage right there but i agree it has happend to me sooo many times they should change it

honestly i think players are so used to this it really isn’t a problem. plus it kinda makes sense if u think about it because smgs are close to medium range as are pistols. i personally dont find this an issue

i agree, in the inventory it's under the "Primary" category so it seems silly for it to be in the 2nd slot
