Suggestion Title: Raise the tree
Suggestion Description: Raise the hedge front of city hall

Why should this be added?:
atm it's making head glitch if it get raise it will stop head glitch

What negatives could this have?:
cant think of any

Some people had problems with raised hedges such as the ones that were in front of the business shops, perhaps lowering it would be a better option? At least showing the chest area. Another idea would be to remove it altogether. The fountain area is heavily underutilized because of the obscuring hedge and perhaps a more open design makes the area more accessible and the fountains being visible compliments the area!

Just some food for thought.

I think lowering it by 1/4 or even a 1/2 would make it look better.

I’d get rid of it entirely tbh, replace it with a knee high flower bed row.

The hedge as a solid object fully supporting weight to stand on it, and eating bullets is unrealistic to begin with!

I like this idea, the hedges are stupid and block so much line of sight and it kinda makes the CH ugly. It's like a box of green

I think the hedge is fine the way it is.

There's a chance that a small hedge will still exist in front of the pd, but it will be see-through, way smaller and it won't block bullets.
