Server Suggestion Reduce duration of "New Player" tag

Suggestion Title: Reduce duration of "New Player" tag
Suggestion Description: Reduce the duration of the New Player tag, as it currently spans either 2 or 3 days of playtime, and I end up seeing people on the server on and off for multiple days with the tag, and at a point it feels like most of the server has it. 12 hours of playtime I feel would be a better duration for this tag, or maybe even 1 day.

Why should this be added?:
- Gives value back to the New Player tag and a better understanding of genuinely new players
- Makes actual new players less likely to be targeted by criminal activity

What negatives could this have?:
- Less protection for newer players

Honestly I’ve found people with cars like Mercedes’, Skylines, etc with a fkn new player tag, it definitely shouldn’t be as long as it is. Your timeframe is more ideal and is more than enough protected growing time to get a start
