What do you need refunded: Audi R8 test drive money (62K)

Why do you want your item(s) refunded: I wan't the money refunded because while I was test driving my game crashed randomly and when I joined back the money that I used to test drive was all gone it was 62k .Also my demo won't show me crashing or it won't even show me at the point where I test drove the car.
