Why do you want your item(s) refunded: Franklin Jones drove my car down the forest highway off-ramp while I was in the passenger seat in cuffs escaping a scene. Then a police cruiser was driving on the wrong side of the road onto the off-ramp; at about 70 MPH speed resulting in a collision with both cars, thus everyone inside both vehicles was knocked out and bled to death.
