The officer wasn't compliant with the "gunpoint" and I cannot prove this entirely preventable situation would have gone as you described. Furthermore your opportunity to avoid this situation entirely and reasonably was spent so you could get a gun out.

I advise you report the officer who wasn't complying with better evidence than Allen's perspective as we only catch the end of it.
