Reason for Request: I lost 68k on testing a buggati bcs there was a bug of invisible prop (people said its invisible cone) in the map that I was stuck and cannot move so I couldn't go back to the car dealer and get my refund of the test drive. (you cant hear my voice in the clip)

You need to make a Bug Report first and after it gets Accepted you can make a Refund Request. Or you can wait for this Bug Report (looks like a similar case) to be Accepted.

Also try and upload the video to youtube or other reputable site.
