What do you need refunded: 1x Moosberg Shotgun with 9 shells loaded into it.
Why do you want your item(s) refunded: We got raided at subs house 3 and when I pulled out the shotgun to begin defending the base, I was spamming left click but my gun just would not come out of passive stance. This resulted in me losing the shotgun as I was unable to defend against the raiders. Spoke with Madda and he instructed me to make a refund request.
Evidence: As you can see in the video, I was holding my shotgun and ready to shoot when we got bombed. Then all of a sudden it went into passive mode and then would not come back out at all. I tried putting it away then getting it back out multiple times but had no luck, resulted in my trying to surrender but instead got shot down by the raider which caused my death and the loss of the shotgun.
