What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: Reintroduction of the "Construction Booklet" Previously formed by @Sgt.James & @MrLewis

Your version of the rule: I believe each base should have rules decided by the actual playerbase, this was the issue previously as people wanted to explore and have more freedom when designing bases.

Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: The construction booklet was a great idea as it allowed players to know exactly what they COULD and COULDN'T do however I believe it was poorly executed :MrLewis: If people disagree I'd honestly like you to reply with said reason as personally I cant think of a single reason on why this wouldn't be a great addition.

Bases have become cancer also lmao.

This just further proves my point that you would rather have the PD out of the question when it's still part of the community and then should have a say. Whether they do or don't make good decision they are still apart of the player base. Stop trying to cater everything to your needs and think of everyone for once
Do you ask the community before implementing tfu changes? No. Does it effect the entire community? Yes.

Because policies like at least one supervisor being available at all times are important enough to have an entire debate about. I hardly make changes that affect the entire community in a major way and then most of them only involve TFOs. You're comparing apples and oranges to try and prove a point and even then I offer the entire community a chance to voice their opinion by giving replies to TFU discussions, answering helpdesk tickets and having a form for feedback open on Plpd.online for anyone to voice their opinions. Any major TFU changes obviously get discussed with me but are ultimately up to other people like the chiefs.

this is the same guy that cried about spotlights right?
actually, that was also kinda me but spotlights are fucking cancer penetrative wise aswell as causing headglitches but with the removal of the booklet it re-introduced the aids https://perpheads.com/threads/sugge...f-head-level-defences-booklet-addition.31873/

Staying on topic IMO the whole construction booklet needs a revamp, maybe not rules per apartment but what kind of defences in general arent allowed so it's fair for both raiders and PD. Some furniture defences should be allowed if they don't cause any trouble because what fucking criminal apartment uses multiple concrete barricades as a type of home defence against intruders. That way some people can still be creative without being restricted too much.

Disagree because construction booklet was stupid and aids i dont think it should be brought back at all. It was fine how it was before everybody had cancer dedenses back then and it was fine. Just because it was removed everyone started to realise what the defenses were like back then and dont like it. It hasnt even been 1 month without the booklet. By leaving the booklet this will help new players build whatever they want so they can get money effectively by being able to have a tactical base. If another booklet were to be introduced i dont think any sweaters would be welcomed at all. Instead of making these ridiculous suggestions make one that benefits new players rather than trying to kill the playerbase. And i know ur gonna take this reply to heart husky dont get mad just leave feedback u toxic dog. :)

You’re mentally fucked in the head if you think the booklet was good
People saying booklet is actually good either a. never experienced a time where it didn't exist or b. are triggered police because if you don't contribute to either of those points you'd understand how fucking gay the booklet is because it's just that.

With the removal of the construction booklet, some player's think it's OK to build like this (which it isn't, but after the removal of the booklet, this happened more and more.):

The thing is in my opinion that isnt nearly as aids as it is now. It's just staff members need to start enforcing it properly so that people understand when they are crossing the line.

Very true point about the complainers i mean, police didnt complain about criminals being OP until they got TFU and remi's. Its just a bunch of cry eyes.

i mean when you guys implemented the fucking TFU policies stating that normal cops couldn't go with TFU people really was a great decision in my opinion I was clapping my hands to the person who implemented it because I thought it was so smart.

Well, perp...
A few weeks ago, everyone wanted the booklet removed, and almost no one, I repeat, NO ONE, bothered to defend this point. Community got what they asked for and now, suddenly everybody just wants the booklet back and reworked... (????????????)

I believe that construction is good as it is, without booklet, this allowed me and my friends to finally enjoy perp again and tbh with a little bit of common sense it's easy to follow the rules and still have an amazing base.

I agree with you, although this is just stupid people because with common sense it's easy to see that those defences are not OK... and one of the things I fear is exactly that, that the booklet gets added once more because of stupid people when we just try to use our imagination in bases.

Yes sir, i got a video
As I stated all these things can be put into rules.

This previously used to fall under elevated platforms and was not allowed, prior to the booklet being firstly introduced.

Edit: Nvm I forgot 3.8 still exists. This was against rules in the video.
