Suggestion Title: Remove Jennifers break-in alarm
Suggestion Description: As title says, Remove the automated break-in alarm from Jennifers as nobody responds to it and it clogs the system for no reason.

Why should this be added?:
Not added but removed , Cause it clogs the system and nobody responds to it anyway. Its annoying to have it pop up if people spam it while on dispatch and multiple scenes are on-going.

What negatives could this have?:
None

What problem would this suggestion solve?: No longer a clogged list of people annoying the dispatch by jumping on the glass.

Unless Jennifer's is present or different in v6, this issue is resolved.

In the case it isn't... it would be cool if this was removed. It's the most ingnored 911 message.

Only new players respond to it expecting something, that's why I tell every new cop to ignore the Jennifer's break in or as dispatch, I close it.

Dont forgets it’s not always 128/128 with raids every 5 seconds
