Main Idea: remove rain

Why should it be added?: It is very loud and annoying and keeps looping for a very long time giving players a headache everytime there is one. People also drop FPS whislt there is rain.

Pros:

1. No more headaches
2. No more annoying sound
3. No more FPS drops

Cons:

1. No more rain RP

But the rain makes everything cozy, and its not like it happens all the time just avoid raiding when it rains or something

I was also a hardcore Minecraft kid so I am used to annoying rain sound

I got used to the rain, and the fps hardly drops at all for me.
Just implement an option to disable/decrease the effect, but keep the audio.

Or just update the rain effect code in some ways, make it more advanced, efficient but also reduce the overall noise of it, because it's very loud lol. Could be cool with different types of rain also. The rain right now, is very loud.

F1>Settings should have an option to disable it, like the smoke from fire. Or a console command like the forest foliage.

Its not the visual side that annoys me, its the FUCKING SOUND. Remove the sound and it'll be great.
