Suggestion Title: Remove screen shake effect from fire extinguisher
Suggestion Description: Self-explanatory, removing whatever causes the screen to shake while you're using a fire extinguisher. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a "feature" but in my opinion, it looks horrible and would look so much better if your screen wouldn't simulate an earthquake when using one.

Why should this be added?:
- Pleasant and less annoying visual experience when putting out fires

What negatives could this have?:
- Can't think of any, will edit and include any that are offered in replies.

The hose shake (I think it has one) should be removed as well. I was using the hose in a building fire last week in town putting out any smoldering chunks and hot spots and it had no shake, BUT it did have alot of upwards force.

A steady consistent upwards recoil would be a good change for extinguisher and hose in this case.

I've reduced the horizontal shake considerably.
