Brief description of idea: Remove the taser whitelist

What benefits would this idea have for the department:
- No more silly training sessions
- Everyone gets the taser
- The taser's usage is literally similar to the batton's.

What potential negatives could this have for the department:
- Policy breaks (Which are enforced by policy??)
- Abuse (Which is enforced by rules)

Other additions:
I don't see a reason why it was whitelisted. Yes it can be abused and that's why supervisors should take special care to punish officers who missuse it. In addition to that, people that do have the taser whitelist continously "fuck about" with it.
I've applied for taser training twice now. First time I was denied without receiving a message, next time because it took them too long to organize it, then I was away for 3 days and bamf denied.

Or simply make the taser whitelist easier to access
