Suggestion Title: Remove the bodyremoval from the RS4
Suggestion Description: Remove the fact that the medics RS4 first responder can be used to remove bodies.

Why should this be added?:
- Unfair advantage for medics who don't have an RS4.
- RS4 will be first on scene possibly taking all the work and XP.

What negatives could this have?:
- people with an RS4 will need a ambulance to clean up bodies.
- less incentive to grind for medic XP.
