Description of the idea: Remove the limit on civilians taking out guns at the casino

Why should this be added? (pros): This can be abused massively in ways we cannot even foresee yet.

What negatives could this have? (cons): Mayor can hide in there when threatened by assassination and civs cannot get to him.
Civs can hide from other civs with no danger, they can commit whatever act they want to an opposing org and just hide all day.
If you are warranted and do not know yet, you have no chance to fight back vs cops

Make a report on people abusing the feature if they're knowingly avoiding death.

Or we can just make reports on people who are shooting in there like any other place?
I don't understand why this is in place when staff can deal with it as any other area

I feel like the casino should be treated either normally or made a non-roleplay zone completely.

In examples such as being warranted without knowing it, I think it's overpowered that police can still use their weapons/cuffs/etc without the civ being able to fight back, personally, I think the ideal situation is where everyone is only able to use keys, regardless of job

A rule should definitely be added to disallow use of the casino while on the run from the police, or while in a situation where you are likely to be killed such as mayor with high taxes.

I'm thinking more of accidents though, it becomes unfair if you cannot fight back

That's what I mean with the second paragraph, it should be an even playing field regardless of whether that means that everyone can use their guns or nobody can otherwise someone can find out they've been warranted in the middle of playing poker etc and just get dragged away defenceless.

I just think that making the area a no-roleplay zone for both civs and cops is better than allowing the area to turn into mayhem

Maybe staff turn you away if you are wanted?

I disagree with perp having non RP zones whatsoever as it’s serious RP and users should have to rp everywhere.

Maybe make it so that there’s metal detectors in the casino alongside a security job, or make it so only very concealable weapons can be bought into the casino, where services could be denied if you’re visibly armed (you can’t use any tables).

Weapons to bypass the automated weapon check should be:
- Makarov PM
- Walter PPK
- Taurus 605

Maybe make it so you can pull out a gun but only before entry, and it would be treated as a raid with automatic warrants if you enter that way. So you can still use guns but only if you have a strong reason to do so.
