Suggestion Title: Remove the Self Storage Chop Shop Spawns
Suggestion Description: Get rid of the 5 spawn locations at storage parking during Chop Shop

Why should this be added?:
- It is in a 5 minute parking zone, roadcrew can simply impound your Chop Shop car if you don't find it within 5 minutes
- It is basically in direct eyeshot of the police department, making it unnecessarily risky compared to the other spawn locations
- Storage parking is already a "competitive" parking spot, finding a spot is not always easy

What negatives could this have?:
- Literally none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Everything mentioned above

i think its fine that sometimes you will be doing a chop shop with more risk

It's mainly the fact roadcrew can literally take it before you even have a chance to get to the car
