Topic: Removing the test drive waiting time.

Short explanation (in notes):
- Wanting to test drive other cars but have to wait 3 minutes.
- Want to ask your mates what the car is like and if they like it.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
This should become added because when I go and test drive vehicle it takes around 3 minutes after I test drove a Bugatti I wanted to try out a Lamborghini and I can't because I have to wait around 3 minutes to drive another.

I wouldn't say get rid of it entirely as it honestly would get annoying having 57 cars fly out of the CD every 5 seconds.

Maybe lower it to a minute or 45 seconds or something?

That could work with what Standish suggested, maybe make VIP members only have to wait 45 secs or something along those lines.

Only downside I see with this is that people involved in highspeed chases can just quickly re test the car before the timer runs out. I suggest just shortening the time of waiting rather than removing it completely
