Description of the idea: Replace the function of the book of law with a simple phone app that currently works the same way as the book of law but without any pop-up, it would show the current status of the city on the phone itself. Maybe it could be re-worked but to what extent I can't really think of at the moment.
Why should this be added? (pros): Getting rid of a magical book that updates itself.
Make it more presentable via the phone instead of opening a pop-up which would just look nicer.
