I'm British, I only understand the Scottish and English exam results.

A level results day is in - a terrifyingly close - 4 days. GCSE results day is in 11 days.
This post is mainly for people to say what they're expecting from different subjects and where they want to go to university. I also want to tell people that they really don't need to worry about their results, they won't define your life and there are so many things you can do if you don't meet whatever requirements you must.

I'm planning on going to The University of Nottingham to do Computer Science whilst being sponsored by an external company.
I'm expecting these grades:
Music Technology - A*
Computer Science - A
General Studies - A
EPQ - A
RSL Subsidiary Diploma - Merit
Systems & Control - D/C

In all honesty, I'm not worried at all as I've made multiple contingency plans in case of failure in any area, only one of which denies me further education yet still suppleis me with a career path in my desired area.

Anyone else, please give your thoughts.

New GCSE init

Maths - 8 or 9 if I get lucky
Statistics - B or C
English lit / lang - 6 / 6
Computer science - 7
Product Design - A
French - 5
History - 7 or 8
Science - 6-6 or 5-6 will be decent

Should get minimum grades for my college choices unless I butcher English :(

Ill update later when I get results x

B's in Economics and Computer Science, probably an E in AS Physics. I am only doing two A-Levels but I have a secured apprenticeship so UCAS points aren't that important to me. I could go to university as a mature student later on with the lower entry requirements.

you been offered a scholarship by your insurance?

I think I done well in some and bad in others...
I sat Maths, Physics and Business
Last year I had DBB
My offers are BBB-BBC to study physics in Swansea or Aberystwyth.
I'd be happy with CCA because I think ive done well in business.

My exam board doesn't do all this dumb 1-9 shit or whatever it is so yeah...

I'm predicted basically straight C's. At this current time, the GCSE's I have before results day in 11 days are:

Mathematics - C
Mathematics Numeracy - C (and yes this is a GCSE In Wales we get 2 GCSEs for maths)
English Language - C
Welsh Second Language - C

I currently have these GCSE's as we were able to do some of our exams in year 10 which is great in my opinion as it will take stress off of you in year 11.

Currently, I'm hoping to get the results to go back to Sixth Form to study Business, Media and probably Physics.

After Sixth form, I hopefully try to get my pilots license and hopefully become a commercial pilot in the near future.
