Suggestion Title: Right click F1 tabs to reset F1 Guides & Help
Suggestion Description: There are many links in help.perpheads.com that link to outside websites and make it impossible to return to the help guide in F1. Instead of fixing each and every link in the Help site, the suggestion is to add or replace the right click menu in the F1 Tabs with a "reset" button that refreshes the F1 Help menu

Why should this be added?:
- Prevents sweaters from bricking their F1 Help menu when they click a link that sends them off-site

What negatives could this have?:
- none
