Main idea
Road Control, basically a car with lights that is able to put a red X so that people know that lane is closed (whitelisted job).

Description
Digital signs on the road instead of the road blockings that the police creates. For example signs with a red X or a green arrow pointed to the left, right, bottom or up. The Dispatch should also be able to control the lights. This can also be changed to a speed limit, which can be used in case of an accident so people won't pass you while driving 80 KM/PH. They should also have access to materials like Traffic Cones. If they close a road, they close it by putting the vehicle at the beginning of where it is closed.

New job
Road Control

What does it contain?
The new job contains that the whitelisted people will take this part of the traffic/police officers' work out of their hands. They will be stationed somewhere in the city and drive around in a car like this:

Spoiler: This is the car where the sign is retracted

Pros
Better RolePlay and more control of the traffic in case of accidents.

Cons
Hard to develop (I think), new version of the map (because of the signs, if these are not used, the new version is not needed) and you can abuse it (like with every other job).

The signs @LordTyla suggested should suffice IMO. There's really no strong need to add an independent job, because we don't have jobs for every possible government service; it would likely be neglected over time if not initially.

Also, with the pace of roleplay on the server, it doesn't seem like the best solution for other government employees to have to call people over to put a sign and some cones down.
