Main Idea: Make it so that Road crew can't lock doors
Full description of the idea: When road crew leave their job, most of the time you find that the big door is locked. This stops people from repairing their car when there isn't any road crew. I say that road crew shouldn't be able to lock either of the doors at the impound.
Why should it be added?: This should be added because it will allow people to repair their car when there isn't any Road Crew online. it should also be added because 99% of the time, there is no need for the Road Crew to lock the doors.
Pros: People can repair their car when there isn't any road crew
