The RTU Command Team have decided to run another campaign for the whole PD to participate in! This Campaign focuses on laws 12.2 - Speeding and 12.13 Under The Influence
Here is a brief overview of what we expect from Officers:
● Creating of #OverTheLimitOverTheLine adverts & broadcasts
● Stopping people that are breaking laws 12.2 - Speeding and 12.13 Under The Influence
● Maintaining a professional attitude while being reasonable with the person.
● Doing Field Sobriety Tests in Traffic Stops.
● Include the hashtag (#OverTheLimitOverTheLine) in any tickets regarding the relevant laws.
● Officers conduct themselves and not ticket each other.
There is a prize of $150,000 along with a second-place prize of $100,000 and a third-place prize of $50,000 available to the officer that gives out the most valid #OverTheLimitOverTheLine tickets or sentences by 30/09/2021.
Disclaimer: RTU Command reserves the right to discount officers' votes if they act against a policy, have had a serious recent infraction (Demotion or Discharge) or there are doubts that the entries were fair.
