Suggestion Title: Roadcrew Redesign
Suggestion Description: Remodel Roadcrew, PPS managed to get their vehicle models and playermodels Now I think it is tome for roadcrew to get a redesign instead of Bob uniform

Why should this be added?:
- QOL
- Looks better than just a white truck and basic uniform

What negatives could this have?:
- Dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Nothing

Not sure on the two tone but pure beige with stripe and name on the doors would fit alot of older tow trucks i've seen.
