Suggestion Title: Roadcrew share impounding money
Suggestion Description: All roadcrew on duty, upon any of them impounding a car, will get 600$ for impounding a vehicle.
Alternatively, all roadcrew on duty, except original impounding one, will receive 200$ for a car being impounded, while the original impounding roadcrew receives the usual 600$.
Why should this be added?:
- Additional reason outside of experience to promote teamwork and not one roadcrew trying to get all impounds for money. This was partly solved with my last suggestion which got accepted (sharing experience).
- Additional source of money for a job that slightly falls behind medic in income. (for reference, 3 medics on duty can earn 1500$ total per body revived and 750$ per body removed, and if you take into account nature of the server, this can generate a lot of money).
- No camp-snaking impounds.
What negatives could this have?:
- Unlike medic, effect is global - meaning an RC worker can be very lazy and do nothing but get money. Arguably, a medic can also do the same but he'd have to atleast drive next to the place where other medics are reviving.
- Roadcrew earning too much money if you include high base pay cap (decided by mayor) + repairs + and this impound buff (but this is solved by only giving a fraction of impound money instead)
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Improved amount of money gain to align with a consistent job like medic which due to it's nature, generates money much more quickly.
