Server Suggestion Roadcrew subscription

Suggestion Title: Roadcrew subscription
Suggestion Description: In real life, you can get breakdown cover on your car (think the AA or RAC in the UK) where you pay a monthly fee, and can call them to get your car fixed on the roadside for no additional cost. Right now, you have to pay roadcrew after your car is fixed, but a monthly/weekly subscription of in game money would be good if you need your car fixed a lot.

Why should this be added?:
- Works out cheaper for the driver in the long run

What negatives could this have?:
- System would have to be implemented for roadcrew workers to see if a user has the subscription, but maybe the police anpr system could be repurposed in some way

What problem would this suggestion solve?: N/A

500 dollars really isn’t anything at all to pay and all this would achieve is both robbing RC workers of their already relatively low income payments and also confuse and complicate things for newer RC workers who don’t understand this system is in place and what it means.

This would be already a mess of a system to implement and it wouldn't really solve any issues, it would just cause more problems within the server, especially with the new players. and of course....it's just $500 dollars....
