Only because the shootout seemed over and done with, had you been giving info previously like Sossa is explaining it would have been justified, however as there is a lack of evidence I will only issue a warning for you being killed after the shootout had finished, and therefore breaking 3.4, and leaving more DNA and gaining more attention unnecessarily.
